30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as long as the original item and packaging are not damaged.

Email your order details and list the products being returned to customerservice@lider-electric.com to start the return process. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) shipping label to return the items.

Order Cancellation and Returns Policy

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at customerservice@lider-electric.com or (833) 977-3915 — we recommend calling for the fastest response.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return authorization after receiving the items by contacting our Customer Service Team. Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return guidelines to qualify for a refund.

Exchange Policy

The product must be in new condition and not missing any components to be eligible for an exchange. All exchanges require a new order to be placed. A refund will be applied to the original order once the item is returned.

Defective Product Replacement

If a product is determined to be defective, we will send out a replacement unit along with a return label. The defective product must be exchanged within the warranty period to be eligible for a replacement.

A credit card must be placed on file for replacements. If the customer does not return the defective unit or has damaged the product with improper use/installation they may be charged for the replacement unit.
