Original proof of purchase from an authorized sales platform is required to be eligible for a warranty. You can find the precise warranty information on the literature of the box, on your warranty slip (usually in the box), or you may choose to verify with our Customer Service Team.
A one-year warranty is available for items sold by authorized sales platforms. Warranty replacement does not cover items purchased from unauthorized platforms. Warranty replacement also does not cover items damaged from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
Some products offer an extended warranty with registration. To register for an extended warranty, email warranty@lider-electric.com within 90 days of your purchase date with the following required information.
Warranty replacements for international orders require the customer to send the original item back to us. Once the item is received we will ship out a replacement. Please contact our team at customerservice@lider-electric.com for details.
